Common questions

How do I import my games?

Open Review and connect your Chess.com or Lichess username — Chess Lab pulls in your recent finished games. You can also paste a PGN, or use the browser extension to send a game straight from the site you're viewing.

Why can I only review one game a day?

The free tier includes one deep review per day. Chess Lab Pro removes the cap and reviews every game at deeper analysis — see Pricing for details.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Go to your Account page and choose Manage billing — that opens the secure billing portal where you can update your card or cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page to get a reset email. If you're already signed in, you can change it from your Account page.

How do I delete my account?

Your Account page has a Delete account option in the danger zone. It permanently removes your account and all associated data.
